What does flushing underfloor heating cost?
It depends on the number of loops and how dirty the system is. A flush costs between € 543 and € 1.027, VAT and everything included. You hear the exact price up front.

What does flushing cost?
Between € 543 and € 1.027, VAT and everything included: call-out, every loop flushed, inhibitor and report. The number of loops and how dirty it is set the price. You hear it up front; what we agree is what you pay.
How quickly can you come?
For a fault or a leak, today, seven days a week. A flush is booked within a week, on a day that suits you.
How do I know if my system needs flushing?
Cold spots, a floor that takes hours to warm up, gurgling at the manifold or higher energy bills. At the manifold it's obvious: flow meters sitting at zero and dark water when a loop is drained. We only flush when it will help.
How long does a flush take?
3 to 6 hours, a large house about a day. Everything happens at the manifold, so no breaking up floors.
How often should underfloor heating be flushed?
Every 5 to 7 years, or sooner if you get cold spots. Older systems with black plastic pipe clog up faster.
Do you also work on manifolds and pumps?
Yes. We replace manifolds, pumps, loop valves and actuators, fit thermostats and zone controls, and trace leaks.
Does flushing help with a heat pump?
Even more so with a heat pump: it runs at low temperatures, so every dirty loop shows up as a cold spot. Clean loops let a heat pump run far more efficiently.
